Registration

Registration fees

Registration fees include a copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch breaks and an access to the social event.
Extra tickets for the lunch breaks and the social event can be purchase at the front desk.
Note to authors
Each accepted paper must have at least one author registration.
Registration deadline for authors is November 12th, 2023 (firm deadline).
When registering to the conference, please make sure to send all the following elements to eric.renault@esiee.fr :
- A filled-in and signed registration form
- A copy of the proof of payment
- A filled-in and signed copyright form
- The final version of the paper in PDF format
- The sources of the article, ie. either an archive with the LaTeX source and the related files (preferred) or an MS Word file
Only payment by fund transfer to ADDA organization is accepted.
Together with the fund transfer, please indicate MLN <n> where <n> is your paper ID (if any).
An invoice will be sent by email or provided to you during the conference.
Cancellation policy
No refund is possible.
Venue
The conference will take place at INRIA, 2 rue Simone Iff, 75012 Paris
Metro: Montgallet (Line 8), Dugommier (Line 6) or Gare de Lyon (RER A and D, and Line 1 and 14).

INRIA is located in the 12th district of Paris. From Charles de Gaulle Airport or Orly Airport, take RER B to station "Châtelet les Halles", change to RER A, stop at station "Gare de Lyon", exit the station and go to 2 rue Simone Iff (10 minute walk).
